How to use the box

Plan at the table, pack at the bin

The cards follow the order of a real trip. Start by choosing a menu from the meal plan, then shop with its list. The day before, work through the make-ahead prep card and pack the cooler in layers. Check the gear card as you fill the cook and clean bins.

At camp, the cleanup and bear-country cards become your evening routine. After the trip, restock the bins against the gear card so everything is ready for next time.

Questions

Can I print these checklists?

Yes. Every card has a “Print this list” button that produces a clean, ink-light page without the site navigation.

Do my check marks save?

Check marks are stored only in your own browser on this device so you can come back to a half-packed list. Use “Clear checks” to start fresh. Nothing is sent to us.

Which list should I start with?

For a first trip, start with the camp kitchen gear checklist, then the 3-day meal plan, then the cooler guide. Add the bear-country list if your destination has bears.

Are these lists suitable for backpacking?

They are written for car camping, where you can carry bins and a cooler. Many principles — food safety, cleanup, storage — apply to backpacking, but gear and menus differ.
